On-the-Job Training

The MDC Internship Program is a work practicum by which the students in their final / senior year in college will have the opportunity to apply in the professional working environment the theories and knowledge acquired in school.

The interns will undergo the work practicum in their area of specialization and will be intently monitored by the Corporate Training and Development Unit.

At the end of the program, the high potential interns may be offered employment with the company.
