Recently, the company launched its Vertical Design Engineering Team also known as MDC BuildPlus. BuildPlus team adheres to the same mission and vision of the company, ensuring the clients that it will deliver the same quality services that brought MDC to its position today as one of the reputable construction companies in the Philippines.
Furthermore, MDC has the country's largest BIM Team in the industry today. MDC today, with almost 40 modelers (and still counting) distributed across the different projects in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. The company utilizes the BIM Team to determine and eliminate clashes in building construction. The company has significantly invested in cutting edge software, programs, technology and exceptional training of its manpower to assure that the team continually grows to becoming not only the largest but also the best BIM Team in the Country.
