The Cadetship Training Program is a one year program which provides qualified cadets with the best training and work experience to meet the highest level of technical, business and management skills.
The program comprises of the following components:
1. Company Induction
2. Job Immersion
3. Career Plan
4. Work Practicum Programs
Who may qualify for the program?
1. Fresh graduates of Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering & Electrical Engineering courses.
2. Graduates who belong to the upper 20% of the class.
3. Graduates who have strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Graduates who have passed the Civil Engineering Board Examinations.
What are the positions to assume after the program?
1. Field Engineers
2. Design Engineers
3. Quantity Surveyors
4. Estimators
5. Quality Control Engineers
